(Kansas City, MO) - On Wednesday, August 7th, 2019, Congressman Emanuel Cleaver, II (D-MO) along with Mayor Quinton Lucas, Kansas City Chief of Police Rick Smith and several gun violence prevention groups will come together to call for an end to gun violence. Cleaver and those available will have press availability following the meeting.
