(Kansas City, MO) - On Wednesday, August 7th, 2019, Congressman Emanuel Cleaver, II (D-MO) along with Mayor Quinton Lucas, Kansas City Chief of Police Rick Smith and several gun violence prevention groups will come together to call for an end to gun violence.
