A native of Lafayette County, Missouri, Mr. Wilkens has served on Congressman Cleaver's staff since 2012, handling issues of rural infrastructure, agriculture policy, economic development, and more. Previously, Mr. Wilkens served on the staff of Congressman Ike Skelton from 2002-2011.
