Last week, Rep. Cleaver voted to pass the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2024, a package of six government funding bills focused on supporting families, communities, and the critical services they rely on across the country.

The No Pay Until Peace Act would withhold one month’s paycheck from every Member of Congress each month there is a mass shooting in the United States.
