(Kansas City, MO) – Today, U.S. Representative Emanuel Cleaver, II (MO-05) hosted a check presentation and press conference to highlight the $400,000 in Community Project Funding he was able to secure for SAVE, Inc and PRIDE Haven. PRIDE Haven helps ensure homeless LGBTQI+ transition-aged youth, aged 18-24, can access safe, welcoming, and accepting drop-in and overnight shelter.

(Kansas City, MO) – Today, U.S. Representatives Emanuel Cleaver, II (MO-05) and Sharice Davids (KS-03) hosted a press conference to announce that $14,880,000 in federal funding has been awarded to the Kansas City Area Transportation Authority (KCATA) from the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT). Through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law’s Buses and Bus Facilities Program, KCATA will receive $10,380,000 for renovation and upgrades to KCATA’s bus storage and battery electric vehicle charging facility.
